What was the most memorable moment of your day?
Valentina: Even though we did a first look, walking down the aisle with my parents and seeing Lucas. It was one of those exciting this-is-it moments for me.
Lucas: When Valentina was trying to waive these two older ladies in their car through so that Aaron could resume taking a family portrait and they just kept waving back at her. She got really frustrated and just kept waiving her arm at them with no success. We both then started laughing together because it was such a hilarious situation.

Any advice for future bride/grooms?
Valentina: During dinner take a moment to take in the whole room. It is a very humbling to see so many people in one room that care so much for you and are there to celebrate the two of you.
Lucas: Don’t second-guess yourself about any wedding planning decisions. It will all work out in the end.

Funniest memory from your wedding day?
Valentina: The look on the face of the hotel staff when some of our friends brought back $150 worth of Jack-in-the- Box dollar menu items to the after-party at our hotel bar.
Lucas: My cousin’s kids running across the dance floor while my best-man was giving his 15 minute long speech.

If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
Valentina: Nope, I’m pretty happy with how everything turned out.
Lucas: Nope.

Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We took a cruise to the Bahamas and hung out in Miami, FL.
